We recently sold our home through Fred and The FocusPointe Team. Fred made the best sales presentation I have ever received from a realtor. He took his time explaining the process that he uses and I was sold. When we got an acceptable offer (approximately 2-3 weeks after listing it), Fred presented the offer and ran down the pros and cons, but didn't try to convince us to accept. After some negotiation, we signed the offer. Fred made sure that the offer was well written, with escalating earnest money requirements once contingencies were satisfied. I think one of reasons our home sold so quickly was that Fred and Jo Ann helped us stage the house for showings and they had a professional photographer take all the pictures. This made a big difference in my opinion. 
During the pending process, Fred kept us informed on the status, and the sale went flawlessly.
Fred also represented us on another home that we were purchasing in Trilogy. Once again, he did not pressure us at all.
